2. Purpose & Legal Basis
For: verification, transactions, security, legal obligations. Basis: Consent + Legitimate Interest.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
Only to: Sellers, Couriers [delivery services], Payment Gateways, Authorized Agencies.
4. Data Subject Rights
You have the right to: Access, Correction, Erasure, Restriction, and Data Portability. Submit requests to info@jayarayajara.com
5. Data Retention
Retained for the duration of the account and 5 years after account closure.
Terms Of Services
By registering or using the Marketplace of PT. JAYA RAYA BERSINAR (JRB), you agree to the following terms:
ARTICLE 1. DEFINITIONS- Marketplace: Platform owned by PT. JAYA RAYA BERSINAR
- User: Any party accessing the platform
- Special Member: Verified user with exclusive access rights
- General Member: Registered user without special rights
ARTICLE 2. REGISTRATION & SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP
- Registration requires correct data + KTP/NPWP verification
- Special Member Criteria: Desire to collaborate and pay membership fees
- PT. JAYA RAYA BERSINAR reserves the right to reject/revoke status without notice.
- 1 NIP/NPWP = 1 Special Member Account
ARTICLE 3. RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS
- Users are required to maintain account confidentiality and not abuse the platform.
- Sellers are required to ship items as described and on time.
- Buyers are required to pay in full and not make false complaints.
- Special Member Benefits: Eligibility to participate in special programs.
ARTICLE 4. TRANSACTIONS & PAYMENTS
- The Marketplace acts only as an intermediary. Transactions are an agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
- Funds are held and then transferred to the Seller one day after the Order is Completed.
- Payment method: PI NETWORK coins
ARTICLE 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PT. JAYA RAYA BERSINAR is not responsible for the quality of goods, late delivery, or indirect losses. Maximum liability = the last 3 months' administrative fees.
ARTICLE 6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
Accounts may be suspended for: false data, fraud, selling illegal goods, spam.
ARTICLE 7. LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Subject to Indonesian law. Disputes will be resolved through deliberation, then by the Tangerang District Court.
ARTICLE 8. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Changes will be announced seven days in advance via email/app. Continued use = agreement.
REFUND POLICY
1. Refunds are available if:
Item not shipped within a business day / Damaged + unboxing video / Canceled before processing
2. Non-refundable:
Wrong choice, damage due to use, digital item already accessed, complaint > days after "Completed"
3. Process:
Submit a complaint in the app → Seller responds [2x24 hours] → Refund [7 business days] to the original balance/bank account
4. Shipping:
No refunds unless 100% seller error
